My boyfriends mom is obsessed with him and introduced me. I had read Phantoms forever ago and hated it. She started me with the Odd Thomas series which I enjoyed then his new ones giving me The Husband, The Good Guy, and The Darkest Evening of the Year.... I came to the conclusion that if you took a strong guy, a woman, and a dog you would have a Koontz novel. I'm reading Strangers now and I like it so far.
